Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Desperateangeles Heating & Air works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Desperateangeles Heating & Air does

Desperateangeles Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send in a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How money reaches us

Providers or marketing partners may pay Desperateangeles Heating & Air for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers run their own businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Desperateangeles Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The decision is yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

About call recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded to check quality, verify details and handle billing.
